I'm Courtney Thomas, owner and head baker at Courtney's Cakes and Sweet Treats. For 11 years, I've been creating custom cakes, cookies, and desserts for celebrations throughout Tennessee. What began as baking birthday cakes for friends has grown into a full-service bakery with a Knoxville storefront.
Together with my assistant manager Jessica Tipton, we pour our hearts into every creation—from elaborate wedding cakes to simple birthday treats. We opened our storefront in October 2022, and every day brings the joy of making someone's celebration a little sweeter.
