I'm Courtney Thomas, owner and head baker at Courtney's Cakes and Sweet Treats. For 11 years, I've been creating custom cakes, cookies, and desserts for celebrations throughout Tennessee. What began as baking birthday cakes for friends has grown into a full-service bakery with a Knoxville storefront.
